The Department of Health has launched a national survey to hear first-hand if policies on improving dementia care and support are making a positive difference.
The survey, part of the first phase of the Dementia 2020 Citizen’s Engagement Programme, is seeking feedback people with dementia, their families and carers about the quality and experience of getting a diagnosis, the level of care and support received after a diagnosis as well as people’s understanding of dementia in local communities.
The survey is available until 31 January 2017 at https://consultations.dh.gov.uk/dementia/care-support-and-awareness/
