Workforce Development Trust are looking for an implementation manager to join our growing team, supporting healthcare organisations across the UK with the implementation and ongoing use of our digital solutions.

This role will involve leading on the implementation of two of our key systems into client organisations, ensuring smooth onboarding and a programme of ongoing support to make sure our clients get the most value from these systems:

  • Realtime Rostering - Our e-rostering system used to manage the deployment of healthcare workers, used by hospitals and other healthcare organisations across the UK
  • LearnSpace – Our Totara-based Learning Management System (LMS), providing access to e-learning and other LMS functionality to healthcare organisations across the UK

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of providing implementation and training on technical systems, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience of either e-rostering or Learning Management Systems is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
