Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust awarded Skills for Health Quality Mark

Image: Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust awarded Skills for Health Quality Mark.The Quality Mark was presented on the 8th November to Rebecca Allen on behalf of the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.

The award was presented by Lynn Atkins, Network Service Manager at the National Skills Academy for Health. Lynn commented, “Achieving the Quality Mark means Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust’s training provision meets a nationally recognised quality benchmark which epitomises the health sector’s finest ethics and values. By successfully attaining the Quality Mark they have demonstrated a commitment to developing a safer, more competent workforce.”

Rebecca Allen, Training Co-ordinator for Clinical Support Workers (CSWs), Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust said,

“As the lead for the Care Certificate and the Clinical Support Worker Induction Programmes, I am delighted that we have achieved the Quality Mark again.  The renewal process was very motivating and clearly demonstrated how committed the Trust is in delivering the highest standard of training to Clinical Support Workers.  A huge thank you to everyone involved in these two programmes.‚Äč”
