How did a hospital Trust increase community engagement, widen participation and make use of the Apprenticeship Levy. The Healthcare Works webinar took place on Friday 3rd November and was hosted by Henry Annafi, Learning and Apprenticeship Coordinator with responsibility for the Excellence Centres in the south of England.

Healthcare Works is an initiative that focusses on providing training, access and education to local people within the East London basin, enabling them to acquire the skills and experience necessary to embark on or return to a career in the health sector. The webinar also demonstrated how a hospital trust has increased community engagement, widened participation, built partnerships and is making use of the Apprenticeship Levy.
